WE ARE A SMALL AND PERSONAL VENUE IN THE HEART OF WEST SUSSEX LOCATED IN THE SOUTH DOWNS NATIONAL PARK.
OUR LOVELY LONG ROOM OFFERS A PERSONAL TOUCH TO YOUR REQUIREMENTS WHETHER IT BE A small event, small family parties, small FUNERAL PARTies OR BUSINESS MEETINGs.
WE CAN COMFORTABLY seat UP TO 24 PEOPLE AND 50 STANDING.
THE LONG ROOM CAN BE HIRED OUT AS IT IS so you may PROVIDE YOUR OWN CATERING AND DECORATION.

Unfortunately our Long room is not suitable for childrens events or parties.
we cannot accommodate live music or music bands due to the private location of our venue.
parking is limited and we can only park up to 25 cars.
